After finishing your sitting at one of our studio locations you should receive a reorder form, a small white card with handwritten details on your sitting and chosen images. If you have lost this card or never received one, we may be able to find your password manually. Call our West Edmonton Mall studio at 1(800)675-1790, or email at techsupport@antiquephotoparlour.com, and our staff will assist you in finding your password. In order to assist you, we will need to know the approximate date and if possible the time your portrait was taken, as well as the location. A description of your photo will also assist us in locating your password quickly.
